Nidan

Bob began his Karate training in 1995 under the direction of Sensei Keith Marcott in Elgin, Illinois.  Bob was promoted to Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt) by Sensei Marcott in 1999, and to Nidan (2nd Degree) by Kyoshi Ihor Rymaruk in 2002.

Bob is currently teaching Uechi-ryu in Des Plaines, Illinois, having taken over primary teaching responsibilities while Sensei Kahn is on sabbatical.

Bob is a geologist in the environmental remediation field.  Bob enjoys running, kayaking and woodworking. He lives in Cary Illinois with his wife Beth and their two children.
